Gifted (This post contains products which have been gifted to me for consideration, all thoughts are my own).
I am back with yet another fantastic beauty box from Latest In Beauty, only this time, I picked the products myself. Yes, this is the key difference with Latest In Beauty compared to many other beauty boxes out there. Each month, instead of getting a surprise at your door and receiving products that may not really be your cup of tea, you can select your own and know that when the postman comes knocking you know what you are getting. I love this element.
The team at Latest In Beauty recently gave me a code so I could pick my own Beauty Headliners Box* for July. It was super fun to go through the collection and pick out six products that I fancied for my very first beauty enthusiast box. If you’re new to Latest in Beauty, they offer three types of boxes, one containing three products (the beauty novice), then six (the beauty enthusiast) and then nine (the beauty guru), the more products you pick the more the price goes up of course, however you can get some fantastic products for your money.
As you can see, I think I have picked out some fantastic products to try out. Some, of course, I am familiar with, such as the Garnier SkinActive Moisture Bomb Tissue Mask (LOVE) and the Soaper Duper Body Scrub which I already have but in a different scent. However, there were a number of products which whilst they are not new on the beauty scene, they are personally new to me as I haven’t yet tried them. In particular, I refer to the Pureology Shampoo, Embryolisse Lait-Créme Concentré and the Moroccan Oil. These are all products which attract a lot of love and attention and I am quite excited to now give them a go.
For reference, I picked out the following six products for my box.
- Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse Floral 10ml
- Pureology Hydrate Color Care Shampoo 50ml
- Garnier SkinActive Moisture Bomb Tissue Mask
- Embroylisse Lait Créme Concentré 5ml
- Soaper Duper Fruity Green Tuberose Body Scrub Full Size
- Moroccan Oil 25ml
I am really looking forward to trying some of these products out in the coming weeks and honestly cannot recommend Latest in Beauty enough. The only thing I would advise is remembering to check out the sizes of the products when you pop them in your basket, don’t assume that they are all travel sizes. For instance, the 5ml Embroyliss Lait Créme Concentré is a very small sample and will not go very far.
Oh, and they also chucked in the JOhn Freida Sheer Blonde Hair Spray which apparently is the free gift of the month which I think is great. I haven’t tried this before, although I rarely reach for hair spray so this travel-friendly size will be handy for when I do need it.
