It is that time of year when all of the amazing deals are popping up left right and centre. It is hard to remain restrained when you are such a beauty lover and the urge to try new products is high. Despite this, I’d like to say that I am doing well on this front, however, that was until I got wind of the QVC Elemis deal last week featuring the Elemis Pro-Collagen Gift of Gorgeous Skin. It all went downhill from there…in a good way.
The Elemis Pro-Collagen Gift of Gorgeous Skin was a special deal which I believe ran for a week at the price of £49.50 with a total value of £170. I am not too familiar with how the deals at QVC work having never shopped there before, although I do know that this is now over. At the time there were two versions available, the Modern English Rose (which is the one I chose) and the Skin Nourishing version which is still available at the higher price of £88.
Of course, I had hoped to get this post up whilst the deal was still running, however, life as you know it got in the way of me doing so. That being said, I think it is worthwhile still sharing this just to highlight how good of a deal it was and also to raise the awareness of the deals that came pop up on QVC as up until now I had been blissfully unaware. Having read more about this, this type of deal crops up every year so it is well worth remembering if you are an Elemis fan.
As I mentioned you get a lot of products for your money with this deal. The two versions varied slightly n respect of the products you got, however, they were all along similar lines.
Inside you got the following:
- Soothing Apricot Toner (200ml)
- Pro-Collagen Marine Cream (30ml)
- Pro-Collagen Rose Cleansing Balm (50g)
- Pro-Collagen Rose Facial Oil (5ml)
- Modern English Rose Bath & Shower Milk (300ml)
- Modern English Rose Body Cream (100ml)
- Modern English Rose Hand & Nail Balm (20ml)
As you can see, there are some decent sized products here. I am thoroughly looking forward to trying them out, particularly the Cleansing Balm as I absolutely loved the original version. I will also be taking the Bath and Shower Milk with me to my boyfriend’s place as he has a bath in his bathroom and I don’t at home, a shower is just not the same.
Elemis has in the past always treated me well and, overall, I have enjoyed most of the products that I have tried. Over the time in which I have been blogging (the years are racking up now), I have accumulated a few products from Elemis from various gift with purchases and beauty boxes etc so, with this in mind, I decided to give to my Mum the Marine Cream and the bag as I think she would get more use of the product than me currently as I am in the middle of trialling a few other things out, plus, I know I have a Marine Cream knocking around somewhere.
Overall, I am so pleased that I picked this up. I had my reservations due to my ‘no spending on myself’ period, however, I am really happy that I did decide to go for it.
