September Favourites

It is a true fact that I have not long published my favourite products that I used throughout August, yikes! I had the picture taken for ages yet other posts just seemed to get in the way, does anyone else find that? Anyhow, before I start rambling on about something else let’s get quickly onto my favourite products from September.

I’ve being using the Rituals Zensation Shower Foam recently which my mom kindly treated me to after passing my theory test a few weeks ago, thanks mom! This was my first experience of any products from Rituals and I have to say I’m so incredibly impressed, I cannot wait to try a few more things now, particularly from the zensation range as it smells incredible. This foams up wonderfully upon contact with water meaning only a little is required each time. It has left my skin feeling so soft and moisturised after I have used it, it’s a truly wonderful product that I look forward to using each time.

Another product I have being using a lot throughout the last few months has been the SPAtopia Argan Oil Body Butter which for some reason has no home on the internet although you can find it in Sainsbury’s. This has to be one of the most moisturising body butter products I have ever tried in my life, so much so that I would say it is better than The Body Shop ones which is a statement I rarely make as I adore those. I can still feel this on my skin in the morning but not in a bad way at all as my skin feels so silky and soft; the effect of using this has been really noticeable. The only downside of this is lack of availability and the lack of other scents as thus far I have only found this one.

Next up is a present I had off my mom for my birthday in July, the Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette. I didn’t end up fetching it until late August however as for some reason it was nowhere to be found, it was out of stock everywhere! Finally I tracked one down in the Bull Ring whereby I have since discovered what all the fuss has been about. If you like neutral shades with some shimmer then this is the palette for you, stick it on your Christmas list as you will not be disappointed.

Last but not least are two products from the Rimmel Scandaleyes range. I have two of the Scandaleyes Shadow Paints with my colours being Rich Russet and Golden Bronze, these two are currently the only colours that really appeal to me at the moment, however I hope they do bring out a nice taupe shade. I’ve being using these on the days when I don’t reach for my Naked 2 Palette as they are so simple and easy to use. I do warn you though that they dry very quickly so have a brush at hand ready to blend before they completely set as once they’re on, they are on!

Rimmel is not a cruelty free brand. I cannot be sure of SPAtopia at the present.
