Natural Skincare from Amie

Amie Skincare

Amie skincare has been on my radar for a little while now, as it was one of the first brands that I discovered in the year I started blogging. Putting it more simply, it was a brand that was different to the ones I was coming across amongst the aisles of Boots and Superdrug. Starting off this blog opened up a whole new world of cosmetics and skincare brands to me, Amie being one of them.

A little while ago I received the Amie Morning Light Hydrating Moisturiser* within the Latest in Beauty Heart Essentials Box to review. Since then I have being using this on relatively free make up days as it is nice and light and allows my skin to breathe. Due to the fact my skin type is a mixture of oily and combination as well as dehydrated I often find it difficult to find products that work for me without one aspect being neglected or exacerbated. Having said that I have been pleasantly surprised by this offering by Amie so far, my skin has been left feeling and looking balanced and youthful. A few weeks ago I stopped using this in order to try some new products and in that time I noticed my skin becoming dehydrated once again, therefore I think it’s safe to say that this was working very nicely for me.

More recently I was given the opportunity to try out the Amie Spring Clean Deep Cleansing Mask* which I must say has been an absolute delight to use. Sometimes I find that clay masks can be quite harsh on my skin yet this offering from Amie is nothing but gentle and soothing. Upon use I find this to be really refreshing and I definitely pick up the presence of peppermint which I think is a really nice addition to this mask. The clay itself is white although this has a touch of mint green to it which again is something I like; it is refreshing to use something a bit different once in a while.

Whilst these are relatively mini reviews of two really nice products from Amie which are not just friendly to your skin but also super affordable, I thought it would be nice to offer the chance for someone to win something to try for themselves. Amie have kindly provided the prize for this giveaway therefore all you have to do to enter is fill out the rafflecopter form below in a bid to win the Morning Light Hydrating Moisturiser from Amie.
