Nivea has been a staple household brand for as long as I can remember. From the original Soft Creme to the recent Micellar Water (which I have recently started using), there is always something from Nivea lying around my home. Therefore, it comes as no surprise that I am featuring a few of their products this Christmas. There are a number to choose from this year, ranging from bodycare products and skincare, there really is something for everyone and what makes Nivea even better? It is affordable.
We all know what it is like to be rushing around at Christmas, trying to watch the pennies but more often than not running over and dreading the weeks until that January pay day. That’s why I have leaned towards a few Nivea sets myself this Christmas, plus, they’re great gifts that are not only practical but are really nice too.
The Nivea Face The Day Gift Set* contains three lovely daily essentials which are of course useful but also very handy for the cold weather we are experiencing at the moment. The Nivea Sensitive Day Cream*, Micellar Water Makeup Remover* and Original Lip Care Stick* are all contained within the little wash bag, together they make a lovely gift for a loved one this Christmas. In the past I have used the moisturiser and I always have a lip balm in my bag, my favourite to date is the rose version which is quite nostalgic to me. I would also add that I am using at the moment this Micellar Water, (not the one pictured) and I quite like it. I do find that it can struggle slightly with more with some of my stubborn mascara’s, however for every day make up it is a great choice.
The second gift set from Nivea is one which I have purchased myself, however I thought it would be appropriate to feature it today within this post. The Nivea Get up and Glow Gift Set features two of the latest shower gels, and of course the obligatory shower puff. These shower gels are from the Urban Fresh line, which I have to say I haven’t personally tried them myself, although I would like to. This gift pictured here is actually a present for a family member, luckily, they don’t read my blog so they won’t see it…
Have you picked up anything from Nivea this Christmas?
