The L’Occitane Almond Delightful Body Balm* is one of the nicest products I discovered last year. It is, of course, a luxurious body product, retailing at £26. It is quite the treat and not a budget buy, that being said, it is gorgeous and if money were
The almond range from L’Occitane is probably my favourite of all, although I will admit that it is hard to pick as they create so many gorgeous products. Last year L’Occitane launched the L’Occitane Almond Delightful Body Balm which was a welcome addition to the range.
I love the fact that this balm is in a tin, it makes it ideal for travelling which I seem to be doing quite a bit of lately. I also adore the texture of this balm, it is thick and luxurious and it smells absolutely incredible. I find myself looking forward to using a body moisturiser which more often than not this is not the case as I can find the process sometimes to be a bit of a chore; not with this.
Even though this is a thick balm, it does not take very long to sink into your skin. It is particularly effective on the elbows and knees; anywhere on the body which is prone to becoming dry. That being said, I’ll put it everywhere I can as it is so nice. The only downside is that it won’t last you very long if you a liberal with it as the tin only contains 100ml. I would say that less is more as it does spread quite far on the skin once applied.
Containing almond oil (of course) and almond butter this makes for the most gorgeous evening body care treat; I would highly recommend this to everybody.
Have you tried the L’Occitane Almond Delightful Body Balm before?
